Cancellation and refund policy
No payment is collected through this website. These baseline rules apply after a written scope is accepted, unless that scope gives the client more favorable terms.
Effective date: 17 July 2026
Before preflight begins
If the client cancels before preflight work begins, the deposit is refunded in full, less only non-recoverable third-party costs that the client approved in writing before they were incurred.
If the server is not eligible
If Gruster determines during preflight that the server cannot safely proceed under the fixed scope before production changes begin, the client may choose a full refund of the unearned amount or a written credit toward an agreed alternative scope.
After work begins
If the client cancels after work begins, Gruster may retain only the value of documented work already completed and approved non-recoverable third-party costs. Any unearned balance is refunded. The closeout will state what was completed and whether temporary operator access or staged artifacts must be removed.
If Gruster cancels
If Gruster cancels for reasons unrelated to client breach or an unsafe condition caused by the client, the unearned amount is refunded. Mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law remain available.
Rescheduling and client delays
One reasonable reschedule may be agreed in writing without a new reservation fee. Client-caused delays pause delivery dates. If required access, approvals or recovery prerequisites remain unavailable for 30 days, Gruster may close the engagement on written notice and settle documented completed work.
Refund timing and payment method
Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days. Bank or cryptocurrency refunds follow the asset, network, exchange-rate and fee treatment stated in the individual written scope. Gruster does not request seed phrases, private keys or wallet access.
How to cancel
